We had a wonderful visit. Beds comfortable, wonderful beach view . Good service maid checked on 3 Rd day. Like it says. Smoking is prohibited on property. But there's a smoking area right pass the pool like going to beach. Gift shops across the street. Close to everything. The weather was wonderful in oct . Rained the last night . We will be back next year . .
When we arrived Toni at the front desk welcomed us and was extremely helpful, friendly and recommended some fun activities we should do in the area. We were just chatting like we were old friends and she asked how our vacation in Florida was going so far. She definitely made us feel comfortable right away and it shows she enjoys her job and making connections with people. Great customer service- thank you Toni! The room was clean, had a great view right on the beach and hotel was close distance to restaurants, shops and Pier Park.
Visually the rooms could use some fresh paint, maybe a little updating but uber comfortable nonetheless. A beatiful view from the balcony when it's hot, a convient lil walk to the beach when it was cool made it a great trip. I wish I would've took some decent pictures but it was truly an enjoyable experience.
Need updating and cleaned up. The only problem was the location being on the beach. For the price I’d stay here again. They also have kitchenettes, so that’s handy for long term stays. Walls were also paper thin, so it was loud all around.
The view is incredible, especially at sunset, though the sunrise view is breathtaking too. That, as well as direct beach access, friendly staff and clean amenities rate 5 stars. The room itself self could use some love, and maybe a once over before check-in. There’s excellent restaurants and plenty of shops within walking distance. I left an item behind and was contacted before I realized I didn’t have it. Unfortunately, I was already at the airport; they kindly offered to send it to me. Overall, good experience with Beach Tower.
Loved this Hotel!!! Stayed here 5 nights in September. The room was clean and quiet and close to everything!! I had one issue but it was with booking.com but the hotel was amazing helping me fix it!!!! Definitely will stay here again! For those picky people, this is an ocean front beach hotel ... the bed was comfortable, the balcony was peaceful!!!
We have a resort booked every year the week after Labor Day. We like to come in early and spend a day or so with Beach Tower. They never disappoint! Super clean rooms and spacious accommodations at a great price! View is spectacular!!
We had a great experience. The room was dated but it was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The coffee was very good in the reception area. The staff were super nice and helpful.
